TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Shopper needs to collect gift card on 1^st September 2023 as per the eligible category.
• Customers can participate in the promotional activity in the said period on 1^st September only.
• The gift card will be valid from 1^st October 2023.

• To participate in offer, customer needs to shop at the Phoenix Mall of the Millennium for a minimum amount of Rs. 3,000/- and above in one day and present the original invoice of Rs 3,000/- and above, having purchased goods except goods specifically not allowed as per the terms, at the information desk on the same date of purchase to avail gift card / vouchers within the operational hours of the Mall. (11 AM – 10 PM)

• One person/family can register once during the entire promotion period for the bill produced for registration.

• The customer is not entitled to avail any additional registration coupon for any purchases made in multiples of Rs. 3,000/- (i.e. for invoice worth Rs. 6,000/-, no additional gift card /vouchers will be issued).

• The customer should provide complete and legibly details, in English language only, to be eligible for the offer activity hereby. Any incomplete entry or entry in illegible handwriting shall be disquali?ed.

• Offer is not valid on money spend on any of the electronic & jewelry outlets of the mall.

• The invoice must belong to a store inside Phoenix Mall of the Millennium. No other mall’s invoice shall be accepted. Same invoice cannot be used more than once as it will be stamped/ signed.

• No duplicate or Xerox of invoices shall be entertained.

• The voucher/coupon can only be redeemed by the person in whose name the invoice has been issued.

• Offers/rewards/vouchers under the promotional activity are neither transferable, exchangeable nor extendable. In case of loss of any vouchers/coupons/gift cards these shall not be reissued.

• The reward scheme and programme can be withdrawn at any point in time and operations are at the sole discretion of the management and valid till stocks last.

• In case of violation of any of the terms and conditions, Phoenix Mall of the Millennium reserves the right to terminate the programme / scheme without any prior notice.

• The Customer by participation in the promotional activity shall be deemed to be construed as the acceptance of the Rule and Regulations governing this shopping festival. ln the event of any con?ict or inconsistency regarding any instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional material relating to the offer/scheme, these Rules and Regulations shall prevail over all such other instructions, rules and conditions.

• Goods/merchandise purchased by redemption of Gift Certi?cates /Gift Vouchers & Credit Notes of the other Mall retailers does not qualify for the participation in promotional activity.

• Phoenix Mall of the Millennium reserves the right to alter/vary/change/modify/amend any or all the terms and conditions of this programme without prior intimation and this programme is subject to your compliance of rules and regulations formed by Phoenix Mall of the Millennium from time to time and shall be final and binding upon the participants.

• Phoenix Mall of the Millennium disclaims all or any liability for inaccurate information, whether caused by the website, users, or by human or technical errors related to the programme.

• All employers of all the retailers, employees of Phoenix Mall of the Millennium and their associated companies, all the employees and agencies associated with the programme/scheme or their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the above programme. The existence of the dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against the mall.

• The terms and conditions of this programme shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the courts in Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

• In the event of any dispute or difference between the parties arising out of or relating to the interpretation of these terms and conditions, such dispute of difference shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation, 1996 by sole arbitrator by Phoenix Mall of the Millennium. Such arbitration shall be conducted in Pune, India. The arbitration shall be governed by the law of India. English language shall be used in the arbitration proceedings. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on all the parties.

• As part of our endeavour to provide valuable information and offers to participants, Phoenix Mall of the Millennium may develop SMS lists or mailing lists for use by themselves and their programme associates. These lists are developed under strict supervision and in compliance to applicable statutory regulations, so as to safeguard the privacy of the member’s information.

• Each Participant's personal information may be disclosed to governmental or regulatory bodies if the same is required by law, rule or regulation or in response to a valid order of a court or authorized agency of the government or other legal process.

• The Mall shall not be responsible for any late, misdirected, lost or unsuccessful efforts to notify the Participant, as a consequence of telephone or internet service delays, interruptions, failures or overloads and shall in no event be responsible for any act, omission, failure or delay arising from, but not limited to, acts of God, riots, acts of terrorism, labor or industrial dispute, strike or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Mall Management.
