Phoenix Mall of the Millennium is our marquee project which aims to offer unique shopping experiences to all our customers. Right from conceptualizing this mixed-use development that encapsulates retail, commercial spaces, a multi-function convention centre etc. to creating memorable dining experiences spread across 2 levels with al fresco seating, it is our endeavour to build a future ready lifestyle landmark. The mall’s interiors are interactive with community style features such as an Indoor Fan Park, Eclectic Village distinct amalgam of F&B spread across two levels, open plan restaurants, curated aerial pods, and selfie points. These features are thoughtfully amalgamated across different zones within the mall, and position Mall of the Millennium as a retail and specialty dining destination for the entire family. Our goal of providing a shopping experience that has never been seen before in Pune, is only amplified by keeping our customers’ artistic tastes and preferences in mind, and for whom, we have specially created an International style Performance Art Auditorium, in addition to a 14 screen Imax Multiplex with an exclusive separate access. The interiors provide for maximum convenience and ease of access/parking for the customer, by providing multiple entry points into the mall with drop offs over 3 levels and parking in a 9 level MLCP. Located in Wakad, and spread across 15 acres, Mall of the Millennium, is a 1.1 million sqft retail destination with a floor plate close to 3 lakhs sqft. With over 350 brands, 25 anchors and mini anchors, 750 seater multicuisine food court, 50 plus F&B outlets and cafes, a performance theatre, 14 screen multiplex, a convention centre, Mall of the Millennium is poised to become Pune’s key and retail landmark in the years to come. Mall of the Millennium will not only offer customers a vast portfolio of premium national brands, but also an incredible array of international brands that are not currently present in Pune. Mall of the Millennium is part of the vastly expanding growth corridor in Western Pune, that is home to several large IT & Biotechnology parks including Rajiv Gandhi InfoTech Park – the largest IT Park in the city.
